Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provides support and assists in planning and facilitating early years TIC TAC, Kids Movement & Family Night group programs which include:
~ Planning and preparing snacks and meals for programs
~ Planning and facilitating arts, crafts and activities for the program
~ Setup and cleanup of room for activities and meals
• Builds and promotes engagement and positive development through active involvement, strong relationship building and boundaries with participants, positive role modeling and well-developed communication skills.
• Ensures the goals and objectives of the program are met within a team environment.

Qualifications:
• At least one-year previous related experience in program delivery. A related degree or certificate in social services or related discipline is preferred.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of community-based programs and program development.
• Excellent communication and healthy relationship building skills and boundaries.

Hours of Work:    31.5 hours per week, split shifts, and may include evenings and weekends as required.
Compensation:    $21.00- $23.00 per hour (+ Benefits)
