Our office is open Monday to Friday,  8:30 am- 4:30 pm. (Closed daily from 12-1 pm, and Thursday mornings until 9:30 am.)

🍽️ SOS Meals on Wheels program supports health and independence by delivering hot, nutritious meals.This program may be a good fit for House-bound residents, People who are unable to cook for themselves, Those recovering from surgery, Postnatal women, Residents concerned about nutrition, and Caregivers who could use a break.📦 Meal delivery takes place around noon on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, thanks to dedicated volunteers.💲 Cost: $14 per meal (subsidies may be available).📞 To access the program or learn more, please contact the SOS Community Services Centre at 250-248-2093 ext. 225 or email: mow@sosd69.com.🚗 Interested in volunteering with Meals on Wheels?Volunteers play a vital role by delivering meals and offering a friendly connection to community members.
