SOS Programs & Services

SOS offers programs throughout the year that enrich the lives of adults and seniors in the community and help meet their basic needs. This includes programs that promote social interaction, achieve greater health, alleivate stress and hardship, and inspire personal growth.

“I would like to thank you for the wonderful variety of trips that we go on, and interesting speakers at our meetings. As a newcomer to Parksville and a recent widow, attending the Seniors Connecting events and outings has made a significant change in my wellbeing and knowledge of this community.” ~ A Seniors Connecting participant
