Invitation to Submit an Application for Nomination to the SOS Board of Directors

The SOS Nominating Committee is currently inviting members with an interest in serving on the Board of Directors to submit their resume by December 31. The role of the SOS Board of Directors is to provide oversight to the overall governance of SOS. Each Board Director will serve either a one- or two-year initial term and may stand for re-election to a maximum of eight years. Key attributes of a Board Director include:

  •  A strong sense of community engagement and volunteerism
  • Knowledge of the not-for-profit industry
