Join our upcoming events and become more connected to your community!

SOS is committed to enhancing our residents’ quality of life, including promoting healthy social lives and interpersonal connections.

Our events combat isolation, educate, inspire and help raise awareness of the resources available at SOS.

We also want to keep our pulse on the community, by listening to our residents’ thoughts, suggestions and interests.

Baritone Damian Jordan performed Folksongs of Love and Longing at Knox United Church on July 16 accompanied by Margaret Nelson, along with Mandy Loban-Jordan, Katrina Jordan and Alicia Jordan. The event was sponsored by Knox United Church. On July 17 Jordan delivered $455 to the SOS to help fund its community programs. SOS currently offers more than 30 programs to residents of all ages in District 69, most of them free, meeting needs and enabling people to live healthy and productive lives. Thank you Damian for choosing SOS as the beneficiary of your event!
