Tigh-Na-Mara Toy Drive

What an incredible example of a caring community! Thank you to everyone who joined us at the Tigh-Na-Mara Toy Drive this year, we witnessed many big smiles and warm embraces, group photos with Santa and incredible Christmas spirit! A huge thank you to Tigh-Na-Mara Seaside Spa Resort & Conference Centre for putting on another successful and inspiring event. Altogether our community brought in 1,813 toys, $3,758 in gift cards and $8,861 in cash and cheques. We also received $1,000 from an RBC grant and $450 from the Kids Cuts for Charity event! Thanks to all the many volunteers at Tigh-Na-Mara, SOS and RBC, and thanks to Arrowsmith Moving & Storage for helping us transport all the gifts! Together we are helping create magic for local families and individuals in need at Christmas.
