Personal Growth Group Fall 2024

If you’re dreaming of a brighter future, SOS Personal Growth Group is a great place to begin.

SOS Personal Growth Group helps foster: 

• A better connection with yourself and others
• A deeper understanding of your identity
• Increased awareness of relationships with family, friends, and the community
• New skills in communicating, both socially and personally
• Cultivate inner confidence   
• Development of a growth mindset

 The 10-week program runs on Thursdays at SOS Community Services Centre in Parksville from September 19 to November 21 from 6:30-8:30 pm. The cost is $5 per person per session, with the rest subsidized by SOS.
